Single sessions are ideal for anyone who just wants a mindfulness refresher. Or maybe you're not quite ready to commit to more. Ask questions, discuss your blockers or pick up some tips from your coach. Perhaps you'd like to address one particular area of mindfulness and you just need some expert support. Whatever it is you'd like to tune up or develop, you can book a single, one hour coaching session here.

In this eight session program, you'll discover a range of mindfulness tools to help you to experience life in a whole new way. You will receive expert coaching in a course that is structured to meet your needs. One session free (when compared to purchasing individual sessions).​

12 sessions of mindfulness magic!

Over the course of 12 one hour sessions, you'll learn about your relationship with yourself and others, while developing a mindful approach to your life. Led by your mindfulness coach, you will develop new habits and advanced understandings to implement in your life from the very start. Two sessions free (when compared to purchasing individual sessions).

  • your choice of an additional advanced mindfulness module

  • a detailed theoretical basis and practical tools to develop your practice

  • practical strategies to work on after each session 

  • access to a range of exclusive materials and guided meditations
